Collection
We collect information about you to provide you with the service or product you
have selected. The type of information we collect may include identity, financial
circumstances and history, and referees. As much of this information as
possible is collected from you however it is often necessary to contact
referees or others, for example, credit references.

Use and disclosure
The information you provide will not be used or disclosed outside our
organisation without your agreement or unless we have a legal obligation to do
so. If we are required to share information we will require the other person to
comply with your right to privacy.

Security and access
It is important for you and ourselves that the information we have is accurate
and up to date. Please notify us of any changes, for example telephone and fax
numbers, address etc.. You may also access details of the information we hold
by applying in writing to the Manager and marking your letter “request for
access to personal information”.
Your details are stored securely and our systems ensure your information is not
misused.
